    About Company:
    The company is a leading manufacturer specializing in fuel pumps, fuel pump modules, throttle bodies, EGR valves, intake manifolds, PCV valves, crankcases, and more.

    Responsibilities:
    ‐ Oversee and control the production department to ensure operations
    - Lead and develop the production team to understand and align with the company's strategic direction
    - Implement production plans and tergets that are consistent with the company's goals, including quality
    - Production costs and delivery times
    - Monitor and control production costs and ensure financial efficiency while maintaining high quality standards
    - Resolve production problems,provide necessary internal and external support, and determine solutions
    - Other relevant policies of the company

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree's in any fields
    - Having production experience 2-3 years in automotive industries
    - Good command of English
    - Able to shift work (2 shift (Day & Night) and shift schedule will be changed every 2 weeks)

    【Advantage】
    - Experienced in supervising the assembly and acembly process of functional engine parts
    - Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001,IAFT16949 systems
    ‐ Working experience in Japanese company
    - Computer skill (Work,Excel, Powerpoint,Outlook)

    ‐ Position allowance: 1,300THB
    - Telephone allowance:500THB
    - Food allowance:1,000THB(50THB/day)
    - Medical support : 9,000 THB. / year

    - Night shift allowance (100 THB/shift).
