• Job Description

  - Prepare and issue invoices to customers
  - Verify and record incoming payments accurately in the accounting system
  - Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
  - Handle inquiries from customers related to billing and payments
  - Assist in monthly and annual financial closing processes
  - Coordinate and support communication with internal departments such as Sales and Accounting
  - Review and file expense reimbursement forms and related documents
  - Provide general support on accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  - Other tasks assigned by manager
