• Job Description

  -Collaborate with executive management to establish company-wide accounting and financial policies.
  -Analyze financial impacts and participate in decision-making processes with senior leadership.
  -Develop financial and accounting strategies, including frameworks for various types of investment to ensure success.
  -Enhance operational practices to improve accounting and financial performance.
  -Oversee and audit financial statements and reports; provide financial analysis to support business management.
  -Manage the accounting and finance systems to comply with TFRS standards and ensure readiness for public listing.
  -Prepare and present financial summaries and insights to executive management.
  -Analyze and plan investments, joint ventures, and financial operations for both short-term and long-term goals.
  -Develop and control the company's annual budget.
  -Assess performance in key operational areas such as asset management, inventory, and raw material control.
  -Perform other duties as assigned by management.
