Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for overseeing the payroll and employee benefits modules, employee management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and the establishment and enforcement of company employment policies to ensure full compliance with labor laws.
1. Payroll and Employee Benefits Management
- Conduct salary surveys and develop structured payroll systems
- Ensure accurate and timely salary payments
- Design and implement employee benefits plans
2. Employee Management
- Manage overall employee relations and attendance tracking
- Handle internal communications and resolve employee-related issues or disputes
- Prepare and submit required documentation to government agencies, such as personal income tax, social security, and student loan information
- Oversee legal cases related to employment matters
3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Ensure organizational compliance with Thai CSR regulations
- Implement CSR activities, including managing employment of persons with disabilities.
4. HR Management Systems
- Administer and maintain the company’s HR systems such as and eHR platforms
5. HRM Team Management
- Lead and supervise the HRM team
- Set performance objectives, evaluate results, and provide feedback
- Build and develop a high-performing HR team
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Office Management, or other related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other tools for statistical data analysis, with the ability to leverage data to support HR decision-making.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in performance-based compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor laws, tax regulations, employment contracts, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Able to communicate in English, If Chinese skill is plusEnglish Level
