    Job Summary:
    The Secretary to Management(Chief Regional Officer and the President) provides high-level administrative support to executive management by preparing reports, handling information requests, scheduling meetings, managing communications, and performing clerical functions. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

    Key Responsibilities:
    ●Administrative Support:
    ‐ Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
    - Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.

    ●Communication:
    ‐ Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of executives.
    - Screen and direct phone calls and emails appropriately.

    ●Meeting Coordination:
    ‐ Schedule, organize, and coordinate internal and external meetings or company events.
    - Record and distribute minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.

    ●Information Management:
    - Prepare summary reports from 30 companies in ASEAN for CRO
    ‐ Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
    - Research and compile data to support decision-making by management.

    ●Operating Expenses:
    ‐ Coordinate with Accounting to ensure all operating expenses related to Management and Rotating Staff are properly processed, including entertainment, tuition, medical expenses, and business trips.
    - Summary Operating Expenses to HQ.

    ●Booking:
    ‐ Arrange bookings for golf, restaurants, hotels, and car rentals for Management and Rotating Staff.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
    - Minimum 7 years proven experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant (This position should prepare summary reports from 30 companies in ASEAN for CRO)
    - Good command of English language (Business Level)

    - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
