Job Description
- Responsible for properly managing employees' working conditions through the implementation of workplace regulations, attendance and departure management, operation of the attendance management system, and oversight of overtime and leave management.
- In charge of a series of tasks related to accurate payroll distribution, including monthly and annual payroll calculations, management of various allowances and deductions, calculation of taxes and social insurance premiums, and issuance of pay slips.
- Manages various employee benefits, promotes internal communication, serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries, and provides support for problem resolution to help ensure a work environment where employees can work with peace of mind.
- Provides support for the preparation of necessary documents and procedures for applying for and renewing residence status and visas, as well as offering information and advice as needed.
- Assists Japanese employees with local administrative procedures (such as insurance) to ensure they can live and work smoothly in the host country.

- Graduate bacheler or above
- Candidates must have experience in Human Resources or Labor Affairs more than 3 years
- Have experience in general GA operations (including labor management, payroll, and employee support)English Level
