  • Job Description

    [Operation Management]
    - Prepare business plan or activities of department or business unit in complying with its objectives
    - Define key performance indicators of the department/section
    - Define key performance indicators of the department/section complying with business plan
    - Give recommendation in problems solving, job improvement and development to the subordinate
    - Coordinating with the related parties to solve the problems of department or section
    - Presenting the project for developing of work process, equipment, etc. to the superior
    - Preparation of summarized performance report and submit to the superior as well as participating in the meeting to present work performance to the company's executives
    - Making decision within the scope of responsibilities specified in Authorization Structure

    [Cost & Budget Management]
    - Analyze and plan for the section's annual budget
    - Auditing and controlling of budget expenditure
    - Report of budget expenditure and work process improvement in order to comply with the department's or section's budget

    [Human Resources Management]
    - Prepare for staff's job description and KPI within the responsible department or section
    - Assess the necessity of training including planning and developing of personnel's competency as specified by the company
    - Assessing and auditing of staff's performance assessment within the department/section
    - Considering of giving appropriate rewards and punishments for the staff's performance

    [Quality and Safety Management]
    - Define and update working standard and procedure of department/ section in accordance with related standard and policy
    - Making risk assessment of accident occurred or any incident within the department/section including defining and updating defensive measure
    - Prepare and facilitate for internal and external auditing and assessment
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing , Logistics or Related fields
    - English: Business Level
    - At least 10 years of working experience in Purchasing/Supply chain in logistics industry
    - At least 5 years experience as manager

    [Advantage]
    - Can use SAP system
