    - Managing the QA department, overseeing 7 subordinates, preventing defects at internal and supplier sites, managing inspection processes, improving based on performance, and working with the CEO, Vice President, and other departments.

    - Managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and internal safety.
    - Set quality standards for products and services.
    - Design quality standards based on industry regulations (e.g., ISO 9001) and laws.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Communication level in English
    - Experience in quality control, management experience, knowledge of ISO 9001, Excel, PowerPoint, basic math skills, flexible with overtime
    - Driver's license

    <Advantage>
    - Experience in a Japanese company
    - Ability to manage the entire quality management system
    - Experience in the same industry (packaging material manufacturing)
