  • Job Description

    - Draft, prepare, review and comment the agreements and/or relevant legal documents. (Eng - Thai)
    - Participate in negotiations of any agreements, contract and others legal documents.
    - Oversee litigation and manage legal cases, oversee legal matters and litigation processes. File lawsuits and handle legal disputes. Provide legal advice and consultation.
    - Conduct legal research and provide legal opinion related to business laws, commercial laws and other laws on issues relating to company’s business.
    - Handle corporate legal affairs and coordinate with authorities relating to legal issues
    - Advocate and receive authority to answer various legal questions in the company.
    - Research and share updates on legal knowledge, new laws and regulations to management and colleagues
    - Assist in other related legal matters as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in law.
    - Having Experience in legal field in law firm or legal department at limited company or government official approximately 4-10 years.
    - Good command of both spoken and written English Proficiency in
    - Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    - Having experience to review and draft commercial contract at least 2 years.
    - **Having Lawyer License**
    - Ability to identify and analyze of contract issue and comment/suggest and implement solutions.
    - Ability to work in a cross functional and team environment.
