• Job Description

  1. Mission : Expand sales to existing customers and develop new customers and new business opportunities.
  2. Sales
  - Conducting a market trend analysis (demand, pricing, competitor, consumer trends, and client information updates)
  - Create and manage sales plans and achieve sales targets.
  3. Products
  - Launching new products (coordinate with internal stakeholders)
  - Collecting sales forecasts for existing products and collaborate with internal SCM.
  4. Pricing
  - Implementing sales performance across sales channels.
  5. Channels
  - Monitoring sales performance across sales channels.
  6. Promotions
  - Executing promotional activities with customers based on sales strategies.
  7. Trouble and complaint handling
  - Collaborating with internal sections to devise solutions for troubles and customer complaints and report back to customers.
  8. Training and Guidance
  - Educating and coaching sales staff to achieve strong sales performance.
  9. Others (Report sales result to HQ, clients. MOE registration, DOEB. Customer satisfaction surveys).
