  • Job Description

    - Control and supervise the subordinates effectively
    - Control and supervise QMS ISO 9001 ,ISO 14000
    - Lead ISO Audit in QA department
    - Identify problems, determines possible solution, and actively works to resolve issues.
    - Communicate effectively with supplier for quality issue and provide solution.
    - Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    - Control of manpower
    - Report any problems to the Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Experience in QC or QA roles in a manufacturing industry. Preferably with experience in both QC and QA. Experience in strictly managed Japanese companies is a plus.
    - Proficiency in English (reading and speaking) is preferred, as the role involves communication with auditors for ISO and other certifications. Japanese language proficiency is a bonus, as it facilitates discussions with KCJ and receiving instructions from Japanese colleagues.
    - Experience in handling audits, such as ISO audits.
    - Proficiency in using measurement tools (e.g., dial gauges, micrometers, calipers).
    - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as machining, casting, assembly, and rubber production.
