  • Job Description

    1. Organize recruitment end-to-end process for all vacant positions depending on company requirement.
    2. Pre-screened and interviewed potential candidates in order to qualify the best quality candidate to submit to line manager.
    3. Manage jobs ads announcing in the right channels, including organize job fair booths as needed to gather highest numbers of qualified candidate profiles serving to company requirement.
    4. Monitor of all channels of the recruitment process such as Website, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn Line official, Job Fair and Trainee.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Political Science is preferred.
    2. Proven experience as an HRD Specialist or in a similar role.
    3. Good computer skills in MS Office: Word, Excel and Excellence in Power Point and Canva.
    4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    5. Can speak in English/Chinese is preferable.
