  • Job Description

    -Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms such as Facebook, instagram, and Line.
    -Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with business goals, including setting objectives, identifying the target audience, and choosing the right platforms.
    -Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, instagram, and Line.
    -Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other social media analytics platforms.
    -Create reports to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions about future strategies.
    -Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, building relationships with followers, and creating a positive brand image.
    -Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging.
    -Maintaining consistency across all platforms.
    -Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    -Adapting strategies to stay ahead of the competition and take advantage of new opportunities.
    -Work closely with the marketing team, customer service, and other departments to ensure an aligned approach to social media, brand communication, and product strategy.
    -Handle negative publicity or social media crises by developing and implementing a crisis communication plan.
    -Implement marketing activity through online channel and on ground activity to build brand awareness and engagement as well
    -Involve channel activities to synergize plan for effective execution
    -Strategize and manage all activities of Media Relations Section to realize target, including Paid, Owned, Earned, Shared media, media event management, news analysis & monitoring and crisis communication.
    -Connect and build win-win relationships with external partners (media, agencies, KOLs, etc.) towards realization of objectives
    -Data preparation and analysis of marketing information
    -Monitor A&P budget to deliver cost effectiveness
    -Coach & develop subordinate to understand creativity, media strategy by platform

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]

    -Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business field.
    -5+ years of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or marketing communication experience.
    -Can communicate in English
    -Develop creative idea to communicate with consumes through online contents
