• Job Description

  - Optimize & develop SCM (Supply Chain Management) function to achieve the targets of organization
  - Make Import documents
  - Manage various BOI documentation (BOI and Import)
  - Key Purchasing Order (PO) into system
  - Delivery arrangement and follow ups with freight forwarders
  - Issue Invoice and Customer support (Mainly Logistic side)
  - Plan and control the import and export shipments & documentation system effectively to prevent customers' material shortage
  - Coordinate with warehouses and manage stocks
  - Communicate with international suppliers in English
  - Work with Department of Foreign Trade to issue documents of FTA Certificate
  - Other assigned tasks
