• Job Description

  - Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in inspecting products or process for conformance to specifications, products, inspection instruments, and procedures.
  - Studies production schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for completion of job assignment. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces quality, environmental and safety regulations. Interprets specifications and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
  - Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving problems. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Recommends or initiates personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, discharges and disciplinary measures. Train new workers.
  - Assists in problem solving and manage quality technician to serve production and work with Quality Engineer to identify source of problem or opportunity of improvement.
  - Act on behalf of employer for recruitment , reward , wage adjustment and employment termination.
  - Reports and other works as assigned by the company.
