  [Responsibly]
  1.Serving as the primary contact and responsible party for the Customer Service department in its interactions with Purchasing and Sales managers, other internal departments, and external parties.
  2.Handling issues like shortages, delivery delays, and other concerns by working closely with the Purchasing department, customers, suppliers, and warehouses to find resolutions and minimize escalations.
  3.Providing recommendations to higher management regarding the distribution of duties among department staff.
  4.Assisting Sales and Purchasing Managers in setting up supply chains for both new and existing customers.
  5.Analyzing inconsistencies between forecasts and actual orders to make purchase decisions based on factors such as customer demand, supplier lead times, and stock levels.
  6.Controlling logistics costs, negotiating logistics and warehouse costs, and issuing debit memos for freight expenses related to customer requests.
  7.Participating in warehouse and freight invoice clearing, working in collaboration with the Finance Department.
