  • Job Description

    - Conduct Workforce Planning to profile the forecast manpower demand, supply, capabilities, and budgeting. Design Organization Charts and compose Job Description.
    - Undertake recruitment process to fulfill staffing needs - through talent acquisition methods and initiatives to attract, scouting, talent scanning, applicant tracking, screening, selection and hiring, up to probation handling.
    -In charge of internal staff movement (transfer, rotation) and internal posting.
    - Responsible for internship program.
    - Leading employer branding, pride and image through Talent Acquisition process including DEI.
    - Initiate, carry out motivational employee activities such as Best Employee Awards, Innovation Award, Teambuilding and Staff outing.
    - Engage in Employee Communications such as Staff Meetings and Work Rules. Handle employee disciplinary actions and disputes. Counselling in case of grievances.
    - Represent the Company at employee life events such as when employees are admitted into hospitals, when employees etc. pass away
    - Oversee Amata Group’s PDPA.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]

    - Bachelor’s degree preferably HR, Industrial & Organization Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences
    - Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in Talent Acquisition
    - Good English
    - Able to lead and conduct structured interviews from junior to senior levels.
    - Good knowledge of Labor-related laws and practices.

    [Adventage]

    - Familiar with social media as recruitment AI tools would be advantageous.
    - Preferably from Recruitment Agencies, and Corporate Communications.
    - Able to initiate and introduce Selection Instruments.
