  • Job Description

    【Responsibilities】
    Supervise and coach the accounting team for A/R and A/P
    Review and resolve invoicing and billing issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    Manage and follow up on cash collections, optimizing the company’s cash flow.
    Review supplier invoices and prepare bank payments, ensuring compliance with payment policies.
    Prepare account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in assigned financial areas.
    Update and monitor daily cash inflows and outflows, maintaining financial stability.
    Oversee Fixed Assets and Inventory accounting, including reconciliation and accurate reporting.
    Prepare Tax filings (PP30, PND3, PND53)
    Support external auditors and coordinate responses to HQ requests.
    Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
    - Good command of English
    - Proven experience in accounting with supervisory responsibilities.
    - Expertise in invoicing, cash collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
    - Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.

    【Advantage】
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
    - Experience with Express software is an advantage.
