  • Job Description

    - Responsible for operational P&L and Cashflow.
    - Ensure company objectives are met and customer requirements fulfilled through close liaison among various departments.
    - Drive new product development to grow the company business.
    - Lead the team to ensure department goals are set, proper procedures established, and good manufacturing practices are followed with high level of workforce discipline to achieve good product quality and meet on-time deliveries to customers.
    - Develop a cohesive team through staff motivation, training programs, employee awareness, etc.
    - Drive the team on continuous improvement programs and problem-solving activities to achieve company OEE KPIs.
    - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    - At least 10 years of relevant managerial experience in precision engineering industry.
    - Good management and leadership skills.
    - Result oriented, self-motivated and possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Good technical proficiency in CNC machining process and knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts will be an added advantage.
    - A team motivator and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    - Good command of spoken & written English.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
