  • Job Description

    Main Task:
    ①handling of disciplinary actions (e.g., Informing punishment, etc.)
    ②Manages/resolves disputes between labor unions.

    ・Personnel affairs:
    Personnel and transfer management, disciplinary actions, and planning of welfare programs
    ・Regulations:
    Establishment and revision of internal rules and regulations, and issuing internal notifications.
    ・Labor relations:
    Labor-management negotiations and labor union relations
    ・Management of dispatched employees:
    Securing dispatched employees and managing their attendance rate, etc.
    ・Human resource development:
    Training planning, training lecturers
    ・CSR activities:
    Planning and operation of social contribution activities
    ・Other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Male Only, age 40 45 years old.
    - ฺBachelor degree in any related field.
    - At least 10 years of experience in HR duty in Japanese company
    - At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager
    - Experience in dealing with or negotiating with labor unions
    - English: Conversation Lv. Up
