  About Company:
  The company is a leading manufacturer specializing in fuel pumps, fuel pump modules, throttle bodies, EGR valves, intake manifolds, PCV valves, crankcases, and more.
  
  Job Description:
  We are seeking a Production Management Specialist who will initially work at our Bangkok office until the factory is operational.
  The successful candidate will transition to the Chonburi factory in February-March 2025. This role involves establishing and managing production control, order management, and logistics systems.
  
  Responsibilities:
  - Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  - Preparation of annual profit and budget plans
  - Monthly profit and loss, and budget variance analysis reporting to headquarters
  - Fund management and payment operations management
  - Monitoring and preventing internal fraud
  - Organizing and managing shareholder meetings and board of directors meetings
  - Managing and training local accounting staff (expected to be around 3-4 members)
