• 工作内容

  -Develop and execute a healthy new product pipeline. This would include following the “stage and gate” process to launch new products as per plans.
  -Develop the core messaging and positioning for the product(s).
  -Creating timelines and roadmaps for developing the product
  -Working with Group HQ and Head of Marketing to develop seasonal product range segmentation and market price positioning via competitive differentiation whilst considering sales revenue and profitability.
  -Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents
  -Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Production departments to ensure effective cooperation and communication at all times.
  -Collaborating with multiple external creative agencies to define artwork and creativity for online, print and in store marketing collateral.
  -Continually monitor competitor activity and ensure the product is differentiated.
  -Propose the product pricing strategy to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  -Work with the marketing team to support the positioning of the product through traditional sales techniques, marketing collateral, point of sale material, and on digital platforms.
  -Develop and deliver training to technical sales support
  -Understand market research need for the brands and execute a market research road map. Ensure market research done is utilized meaningfully to achieve business objectives.
