[Job Summary]- Manage production progress and provide on-site guidance based on the production plan of the assigned department.- Supervise chiefs and team leaders to maximize overall production line performance.- Handle labor management (attendance, leave, lateness) and maintain staff motivation.- Make quick decisions and take appropriate action during trouble situations (e.g., machine failure, staff shortages).- Collaborate with the Quality Control and Maintenance departments to prevent quality and equipment issues.- Plan and implement improvement activities to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.- Report and propose to the Manager, identifying on-site issues and suggesting solutions.- Train and develop subordinates (including OJT and performance evaluations).- Prepare documents such as daily and monthly production reports.- Respond to night shift duties (weekly rotation schedule, night shift allowance provided).*Supervise and manage production line staff (teams range from 10 to 100 members depending on the department).There is a possibility of working night shifts. A night shift allowance will be provided.
