    Key Responsibilities
    • On-site product inspection, in-line inspection and reporting, follow up non- conformities, failure analysis and improvements etc.
    • On-site monitoring and audit suppliers’ manufacturing process and quality controls so to ensure product quality.
    • Manage the customer complaint with 8D approach.
    • Warranty quality handling and product failure analysis
    • Participate on new project development process.
    • Driving continuous improvement via Kaizen
    • Suppliers training and development.
    • Communicate with related departments to ensure quality requirement are met.
    • Other tasks which supervisor assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    • At least 3 years working experiences for quality/process control.
    • Familiar with Work Instructions, SOP, PFC, PCP, Check sheet etc. and quality tools: Kaizen, FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE etc.
    • Sufficient experiences on new project development and should be able to read and inspect as per Product constructional drawings.
    • Good understanding and rich experiences in soft goods, Gloves, Garment, Leather products inspections & manufacturing processes.
    • Good understanding and rich experiences in quality control and quality assurance: 7 QC tool, CPK, DOE, ISO9001, etc.
    • In depth knowledge of Inspection Levels, AQLs and sampling plans (GB/T 2828-1 / C=0), EN388

  • สวัสดิการ

    • Annual Leave After passing probation: 10 days/year. Additional 1 annual leave day per year of service. Maximum of 15 days/ year.
    • Group Insurance: After passing probation: OPD 2,000 baht/visit, IPD 2,500 baht/day, and accident insurance.
