Key Responsibilities：1. HR Operations & Administration-Oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with Thai labor law and company standards.- Supervise and support HR team members (2 staff), providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.2. Recruitment & Talent Management- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both staff and management-level positions.- Collaborate with line managers to understand manpower needs and hiring requirements.- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain suitable talent.3. Employee Relations & Communication- Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.- Maintain healthy labor relations and handle employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and professional manner.- Promote clear communication between management and employees to foster a positive working environment.4. HR Planning, Policy & System Development- Design, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.- Lead or support HR planning initiatives, including manpower planning, performance evaluation systems, compensation & benefits frameworks, and career development programs.- Continuously improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and organizational effectiveness.5. Compliance & Reporting- Ensure compliance with Thai labor law, social security regulations, and internal controls.- Prepare HR reports and provide analysis to management as required.
