Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the service engineering team responsible for HVAC system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Oversee service operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality support to industrial and commercial clients.
• Develop and implement service plans, preventive maintenance schedules, and emergency response protocols.
• Coordinate with the project and sales teams to ensure smooth handover from installation to after-sales service.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to resolve complex system issues and support customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term service contracts and client retention.
• Train, coach, and evaluate service engineers to maintain high technical standards and safety compliance.
Qualifications
Requirement
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC industry, including field service or technical support roles
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Good communication in Thai and EnglishEnglish Level
