Business Details: Cooling Solution ProviderKey Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end HVAC project execution for industrial, commercial, and retail clients—from planning to commissioning and handover.• Lead and supervise the project engineering team to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.• Coordinate closely with the sales team during pre-sales and handover phases to ensure smooth transition and alignment of project scope.• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to manage project expectations and resolve technical or site issues.• Review and approve technical drawings, BOQ, and specifications to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.• Oversee site activities, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.• Control project schedule, budget, and manpower planning to meet delivery milestones and profitability targets.• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
