  • Job Description

    -Develop technology strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
    -Lead and oversee various technology areas including Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity,
    DevOps, Business Analysis, ERP (D365), IT Quality Assurance, and IT Support.
    -Evaluate and select new technologies to enhance organizational efficiency and drive innovation.
    -Collaborate with senior executives to define the organization’s digital growth direction.
    -Plan and manage the technology budget.
    -Ensure quality and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
    -Manage technology risks and develop cybersecurity response plans.
    -Lead the organization’s Digital Transformation initiatives.
    -Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    -Prepare and present reports to senior executives and the board of directors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
    -At least 7–10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
    -In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, and IoT
    (as relevant to the company’s business).
    -Strong skills in project and large team management.
    -Strategic technology vision with excellent communication skills for both executives and teams.
    -Understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies and digital product development processes
