  • Job Description

    - Executed HR policies, planning, and task management in alignment with departmental goals set by the HR Manager.
    - Coordinated internal and external communications, supporting strategic HR planning and policy development.
    - Prepared and analyzed HR-related data, reports, and statistics, including safety and facility operations.
    - Managed core HR functions (HRM, HRD, HRA) and general administration to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
    - Led recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, compensation, and employee benefits administration.
    - Maintained and updated employee database; generated reports for executive management decision-making.
    - Developed and implemented workplace safety and environmental plans in accordance with legal and industry standards.
    - Supervised building and facility maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and organizational standards.
    - Provided HR consultation and problem-solving support to employees and management.
    - Liaised with government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Labour, Department of Industrial Works) and supported CSR initiatives.
    - Performed other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 5 years of direct experience in a supervisory or managerial role in Human Resources or a related field.
    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Law, or other related disciplines.
    - Solid knowledge and understanding of labor law, occupational safety regulations, environmental law, and other relevant legal compliance.
    - Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational management.
    - Proven leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Capable of listening to employee concerns and providing fair and impartial advice.
    - Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with others. Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

    Special Skills:
    - Proficient understanding of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and related HR software/tools.
    - Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare clear, effective reports.
    - English level: intermediate in reading and writing; basic in listening and speaking.
    - Possess a valid driver's license (car or motorcycle).
